30-Day Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy with free returns.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
- International orders (excluded from prepaid returns).
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Customer Service: Please email our customer service team at orders@dropbearcoolers.com or call us at 0423 080 091 to initiate your return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Affix the prepaid shipping label to the package.
Ship Your Return: Drop off the package at an Australia Post outlet. Ensure you keep the tracking number for your records.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. This usually takes 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exclusions and Special Conditions
- Sale items personalized products are not eligible for returns.
- Items returned that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
