1. Before Use

Pre-chill your drinks and use an ice-to-contents ratio of ~2:1 for optimal cold‐retention (that means roughly twice as much ice as beverages).

Load quickly, close the bag, and keep out of direct sunlight to maximise performance.

2. Using the Bag

Make sure the roll-top closure is folded down 2–3 times and clipped securely (that way you create a tight seal).

Keep the interior free of sharp objects — our 500D PVC is tough but not invincible.

For best results: keep the bag sealed, minimize opening, and avoid prolonged exposure to sun or heat.

3. Cleaning & Drying

After use, drain any excess water or melted ice.

Wipe the interior and exterior with mild soap + water; avoid harsh chemicals/solvents.

Air-dry fully with the roll-top open and the bag un-sealed so moisture can escape (prevents mould/mildew).

Ensure it’s 100% dry before storing.

4. Storage

Once dry, you can fold or roll the bag (with the air valve — if present — closed) for compact storage.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

5. Usage Tips & Considerations

The 15 mm closed-cell foam insulation + fusion-welded seams deliver serious cold retention and leak-protection — but you’ll get best results when you follow good habits (pre-chill, proper ice ratio, minimal heat exposure).

This bag is built for active use: beach days, boating, job-site knock-offs, camping trips. It’s waterproof and sealed for the lot — but still treat it with care and respect.

6. Troubleshooting & Warranty Notes

If you notice water ingress – check the roll-top closure is folded correctly and the air/seal valve (if applicable) is securely closed.

Regular maintenance (cleaning and drying) keeps everything working well and prolongs lifespan.
