Price Match Policy

At Dropbear Coolers, we believe in fair pricing and solid value. If you find the same Dropbear product advertised at a lower price by an eligible Australian retailer, we’ll happily match it — subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be an identical to a Dropbear item, including the same size, colour/pattern & material.

The competitor must be an Australian-based retailer operating legally within Australia.

The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.

The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of request.

Price match requests must be submitted before the order is placed on dropbearcoolers.com.

Exclusions

- Price matching does not apply to:

- Clearance, liquidation, factory seconds, refurbished, or second-hand items.

- Marketplace or auction platforms, including peer-to-peer sellers.

- Bundle offers, gift-with-purchase promotions, or loyalty-based discounts.

- Discount codes, store credits, cashback offers, or subscription pricing.

- Pricing errors, misprints, or incorrect listings.

- International or overseas retailers.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please contact our customer support team and provide a link or screenshot showing the competitor’s price and product details. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Information

Price matches apply to the product price only and do not include shipping, taxes, or additional fees. Dropbear Coolers reserves the right to approve or decline any price match request at its sole discretion. This policy may be revised at any time without notice.
